Bad airline !!!! Two from two booked flight were changed an the information arrived only one week before. Thats really tricky: offering flights at regular (good) time and then to change the time after booking.
This airline had a planned strike in August 2017 (I understand they have many strikes due to poor management). So the airline calls me and asks if we can move our travel date 3 days earlier to avoid the strike. We agree after they say they will be able to compensate us for additional travel costs due to this. One year later and after several emails it has been impossible to get a response from anyone. Such a shame this awful airline has a monopoly over the Azore islands (if youre flying from US)
