All lodging facilities I have stayed in Horta provide fresh towels, and room cleaning daily. This hotel did not, nor is there a person at the reception desk to ask for fresh towels on a Sunday. Guests need to be notified there are four floors of steps to get to some of the rooms. Bathroom shower leaked water to the floor, bathroom window did not open, Won't stay here again.
In the heart of town. Boutique style hotel with 10 rooms in an old newly refurbished building. Very small rooms in lovely design. It is upstairs with no lift. Carla manages the hotel very friendly and professional. Breakfast downstairs in a linked padaria and pastelaria with freshly squeezed orange juice... everything delicious. Bathrooms with perfectly new shower cabins.
